NINJA CLASSES

Every child's unique progression shouldn't be driven by age alone, so our classes use a leveling system for skill development, offering a personalized approach to growth. This progression model empowers ninjas to advance at their own pace while focusing on:

  • Mastery of techniques

  • Strength-building

  • Resilience

By encouraging focus and perseverance, we provide a framework for kids to celebrate achievements, overcome challenges, and continuously reach new heights. This system fosters an inclusive environment where everyone is challenged appropriately and supported in their personal ninja warrior journey.

Students advance through the levels through report cards to track their progress, character statements from parents and teachers acknowledging embodiment of ninja core values outside the gym at home and school, and through promotion testing conducted every quarter on a competition style obstacle course.

FAQS

The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we're here to answer all your questions. And if you're not finding what you need here, feel free to hit us up by email, FB or phone (contacts below!).

How does billing work? Once registered, you’ll be billed automatically on the 1st of every month. No need to re-register each month. After your first 2 weeks of classes, we have a cancellation policy. Please note that no classes will run on statutory holidays.

What if being a ninja is not right for me? What is the cancellation policy? We offer our classes as a month-to-month commitment. Your registration includes a 2-week money-back guarantee from the date of your first class. If you decide High Flight Ninja is not right for you within those first 2 weeks, you will receive a refund for all remaining classes that you’ve paid for. After the initial 2-week period, you can use the Membership Management Portal to initiate a cancellation prior to the last 7 days of the current month. Your classes will continue until the end of the month. No refunds or credit will be issued for any classes you choose not to attend during the remainder of the month. Any membership requests received during the final 7 days of the month will incur a $25 administration fee.

Can I add or remove a class, or switch to a different class? Yes you can, but any changes to your membership must be made prior to the last 7 days of the current month. These changes will take effect starting on the 1st of the following month. Change requests must be sent via email to highflightninja@gmail.com. Please note that our classes have capacity limits and we therefore cannot guarantee your spot in a new class. The more notice given, the higher the chance that a spot will be available.

Are there any make-up classes if I miss a class? No. Since our classes have a limited capacity and are almost always completely full, like most kids sports we unfortunately are not able to offer make-up classes for absences or missed classes. This includes absence due to sickness, planned vacations, etc. If High Flight Ninja needs to cancel a class for whatever reason, we will offer a makeup class or provide a credit or refund for the cancelled class.

Can I pause my membership? Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. A fee of $35+GST per month per athlete will apply for any month paused. If the pause request is submitted late, an additional admin fee will be charged. Please note that membership cannot be paused for the current month once the 1st of the month has passed, but you can pause for the 1st of the following month if notice is given before the last 7 days of the current month. Pause requests must be sent via the Membership Management Portal. Any membership requests received during the final 7 days of the month will incur a $25 administration fee.

Do classes run on stat holidays? Classes will not run on statutory holidays. However, as some months in the year contain 5 weeks and we do not alter the monthly fee for these months, the number of classes available for you to attend will even out, even if some of your classes happen to land on a statutory holiday.

What additional fees or costs can I expect throughout the year? Athletes are responsible for their own competition registration fees and any travel expenses related to out of town competitions. Competitions are completely optional for all athletes. Our in-class competition style course races are free for all team members.

What equipment do I need to have? A good pair of sneakers, gym clothing, and a water bottle is all the gear you need to practice ninja. We do offer High Flight Ninja apparel that you may purchase if you so choose.
